WHAT KIND OF THERAPY DO YOU OFFER?
I practice psychoanalytic psychodynamic psychotherapy, which is based on the premise that how we respond in the here and now evolves from our past experiences, affecting how we relate to others, view ourselves, and perceive the world around us. DMP - my prime modality - is a relational process which views the body as a key element both in terms of how we move and in understanding and accepting our emotions and their physiological representation.  For more information visit www.admp.org.uk.
